Michael is the founder of OneSure Insurance. He is committed to expanding his industry knowledge and business opportunities, while also building a highly skilled and dedicated team of over 160 staff across Australia and New Zealand.

Jordan is an experienced Sales Leader and manager with a demonstrated history of working within the Financial Services and Insurance Industries. Jordan is the General Manager of OneSure Insurance Services.

Jordan is passionate about providing an environment where the staff can be motivated and inspired in order to seek out the best possible customer outcomes and experience.

Andrew Opie is the National Manager at OneSure Insurance Services, bringing over 20 years of experience across business banking and insurance. Since joining OneSure in July 2024, Andrew has focused on driving national growth, developing strong client relationships, and leading a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions.

With a deep understanding of both the financial and insurance sectors, Andrew is passionate about supporting businesses and individuals in protecting what matters most. His leadership style promotes collaboration, professional development, and a client-first mindset across all areas of the business.

Kate brings 35 years of comprehensive experience in the insurance industry, having worked across all sectors. She specializes in earthmoving, construction, plant and equipment insurance, and serves a diverse range of small to medium-sized businesses.

Kate has a passion for client engagement, focusing on delivering personalized service. She takes pride in becoming a strategic partner to her clients, fostering relationships that create value for everyone involved.

Outside of work, Kate has a love for animals, exploring new destinations, and enjoying music—especially vinyl records.

Supriya has over 20 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry in General Insurance as well as Financial Lines Products. Starting off in an underwriting role, she then moved to a broking role gaining experience in the General Insurance industry as well as Financial Lines.

Outside of work, Supriya enjoys spending time with my family and friends and would like to travel more.

With over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, Tracey Mulcahy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role at OneSure Insurance Services. Specialising in transport fleets and civil contracting businesses, Tracey has built a strong reputation for providing tailored insurance solutions that meet the complex needs of her clients.

Her depth of industry understanding, combined with a practical and client-focused approach, ensures every client receives comprehensive coverage and reliable support. Gabrielle joined OneSure Insurance Services in February 2025 as an Assistant Account Manager, bringing with her a strong commitment to client service and attention to detail. In her role, she supports the account management team with renewals, policy documentation, and client enquiries, ensuring each client receives a smooth and efficient experience.
